If you want to go all out and built your own palm trees, follow these instructions below.
Make the palm trees with empty carpet rolls (you can get them for free at any carpet store). Gather a few burlap bags, a bit bigger than the carpet roll circumference, cut the bottom part of the bags and slide them one by one over the carpet roll by scrunching them on top of each other until the whole roll is covered. You can make the palm leaves by taking the fabric off of an umbrella and cover the metal umbrella skeleton with eight large palm leaves made from green roll paper. Use hot glue to attach the leaves to the metal. Finally, slip the umbrella handle into the top of the carpet roll.
Give balloons the animal feel. You will need a black marker for this project. Attach balloons by bunches behind each chair, draw black polka dots on white balloons, black lines on orange balloons, black paw prints on gold balloons, you can also add plain gold and black balloons to the clan. JUNGLE FRUIT BOWL
Ingredients
1 whole pineapple
strawberries
kiwi
orange
mango
fresh mint leaves
pineapple chunks
blueberries(optional)
raspberries(optional)
Preparation
Lay your pineapple on the counter.
Turn it to find the most stable way for it to lie.
Choose the side with the best looking leaves.
Using a serrated knife, make a slice down along the side without cutting the leaves.
Cut around the inside of the pineapple, following the rim.
Cut the inside pineapple into cubes
Using a large spoon, scoop out the left over pineapple
Your pineapple boat is now ready to be filled with sliced up tropical fruit.
MONKEY BREAD
Ingredients
4 cans refrigerator biscuits (about 40)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Pour sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix.
Add biscuit pieces, several at a time; shake to coat well.
Place pieces in a Bundt pan until all are used.
Sprinkle layers with raisins.
Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in saucepan.
Cool 10 minutes, then pour over top of biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Turn upside down to serve.
